This page provides the application materials for applying to the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Murray State College.  Prior to accessing these materials you should have attended an application orientation class to receive instructions for completing the materials and submitting your application.

Only qualified applicants with complete applications will be considered for admission to the allied health programs.
